Warranty and Booking Conditions

-TO GUARANTEE OF THE RESERVATION* the customer must indicate a number of credit card (VISA, MasterCard, CartaSì, Maestro or EuroCard) valid and addebitale for an amount at least equal to total booking (on pain of nullity of the reservation) with the expiry date and the name of its owner*. The hotel reserves, at its sole discretion, of charge the customer all the sum of the cost of the reservation at the same moment when the reservation has been done.
-IF THE CUSTOMER chooses the guaranteed of the reservation with "BANK TRANFER***" , this must be done in the manner provided for in the relevant section dedicated to this form of booking described later.
All the modes of guarantees ** assumes value of Deposit Confirmatory not refundable.
-RESERVATIONS MADE with the modality of " PAYMENT AT THE HOTEL without NO WARRANTY " gives to the customer that has booked the certainty of the room booked until when the Hotel is not in overbooking . In case of overbooking, the reservations made without guarantees, are deleted and the hotel, where possible, give the notice of this to the customer who has booked without the above mentioned guarantees.
-Methods of payment accepted at the Hotel: Cash, Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, MasterCard Discover, Master or Eurocard), ATM. -With The Sending the request and / or confirmation of booking, you agree to have read carefully the site "www.hotelcascina.it" and have read, understood and accepted all the conditions (without exception) of this form.
-Forms of Payment Accepted: Cash, Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, CartaSì, Maestro or EuroCard), Bancomat.
-With sending the request and / or confirmation of booking, the customer declare to have read carefully the site "www.hotelcascina.it" and have read, understood and accepted all the conditions (without exception) of this form.

***IF THE CUSTOMER GIVE THE GUARANTEE BY BANK TRANSFER, THIS MUST BE DONE AT LEAST 14 (fourteen) DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF CHECK-IN AND THE COPY MUST BE SENT TO THE HOTEL WITH FAX (+39 0874 98024) OR BY EMAIL (MAIL ADDRESS "prenotazioni@ hotelcascina.it ") OF THE COPY OF THE MONEY TRANSFER WITH THE NUMBER OF CRO.
THE MONEY TRANSFER WILL BE MADE TO:

UPON RECEIPT OF THE FAX (OR OF THE EMAIL) OF THE MONEY TRANSFER WITH THE NUMBER OF CRO AND WHEN WE HAVE FOUND THE MONEY TRANSFER IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT , WE WILL GIVE THE FINAL CONFIRM OF RESERVATION.
-WARNING: IF, TO THE CHECK-OUT DATE OF THE CUSTOMER, WE DON'T HAVE RECEIVED IN THE BANK ACCOUNT THE AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION, THE GUEST THAT HAS STAY AT OUR HOTEL, MUST TO PAY THE TOTAL COST OF THE STAY.
IN THIS LAST CASE IS UNDERSTOOD THAT, IF AND/OR WHEN THE HOTEL HAS FOUND THE MONEY TRANSFER IN BANK ACCOUNT , WE WILL IMMEDIATELY TO REFUND OF THE SUM RECEIVED AFTER THE CHECK-OUT OF THE CUSTOMER .
